How to record a Webex meeting
Cisco Webex gives hosts and co-hosts full control over meeting recording. If you're a regular attendee, recording usually isn't available to you.
How to record a Webex meeting (step by step)
1. Start or join a Webex meeting as host or co-host. 2. Click the Record button in the toolbar. 3. Choose to record to the cloud or locally. 4. A recording indicator appears for all participants. 5. Click Stop when done. 6. Cloud recordings appear in your Webex account under Recordings. Local recordings save to your computer.
Who can record in Webex?
By default, only the host and co-hosts can record. The host can grant recording privileges to attendees, but this is disabled by default. Your organization's Webex admin can further restrict recording through admin policies.
