What's actually included
Both meetings and phone calls. Most tools cover only Teams meetings. CallScrib reads your phone calls placed and received through Teams Phone too — no extra config.
No bot to admit. We use the Microsoft Graph API, not a participant bot. Nothing visible joins your call. Nothing for guests to be confused by.
Posted to your Teams chat. The recap lands in the same chat the meeting was scheduled in. No separate app to check, no email digest.

Is there really no per-user setup?
Correct. A Microsoft 365 admin grants CallScrib the relevant Graph API scopes once. From that point, every user in your tenant is enrolled — no plugins to install, no logins to provision.
How does billing work for usage spikes?
It doesn't. Pro and Business are flat per-seat. We never charge overages or impose minute caps. You pay the same in a slow week as in your busiest one.
What's different about Enterprise pricing?
Enterprise starts at $14/seat for 25+ seats and ramps down with volume. The price reflects the dedicated infrastructure (your data on isolated compute), the security work (SCIM, audit log streaming, CMEK), and quarterly business reviews. Email enterprise@callscrib.com for a quote.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Self-serve cancel from your dashboard on Pro and Business. Enterprise contracts are annual. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation, then it's permanently deleted.
