7 meetings free every month · No credit card
An invisible, Graph API-native notetaker for Teams. Built for SMBs who want a clean recap in their chat, not a participant in their lobby.
A long-running Teams meeting suite with deep CRM integrations and rep-coaching features. Built for sales orgs that already live inside Salesforce or HubSpot.
- You're an SMB or startup (under 200 seats)
- You want zero-friction install with no per-user logins
- You don't want a visible bot in external meetings
- Both Teams meetings and Teams Phone calls matter
- $5–$14/seat fits your budget better than $14–28+
- You're a 500+ seat sales org with Salesforce / HubSpot
- Deal scoring and rep coaching are core to your workflow
- You need a custom contract, MSA, and enterprise procurement
- Multi-platform capture (Zoom + Meet + Teams) is non-negotiable
- You can absorb $20–28 per user per month
In the meeting
One shows up. The other doesn't.
Here's what your participants actually see when each tool is enabled on a Teams call.
No fourth tile. No "Notetaker" account in the lobby. Guests don't ask "who's that?"
External guests have asked "what's that?" on 1 in 3 of our calls. Some IT teams block bot accounts at the tenant level.

Where TeamsMaestro actually wins
We'd be wasting your time pretending CallScrib is the right answer for everyone. Three places where TeamsMaestro is genuinely the better choice.
Multi-platform meetings
If half your calls are Zoom or Google Meet, CallScrib won't see them — we capture via the Microsoft Graph API, which is Teams-only by design. TeamsMaestro's bot model joins any platform.
Revenue intelligence depth
TeamsMaestro's deal scoring, rep coaching, and CRM-tied analytics are mature features built over six years. If your AE team's KPIs depend on conversation intelligence, it's a real platform.
Enterprise procurement
For 1,000+ seats with a custom MSA, dedicated CSM, and an annual reseller relationship, TeamsMaestro is the right shape. We're self-serve and proudly so — but that doesn't fit every org.
From customers who switched
What it actually felt like
“We were paying close to $20k a year for 80 seats and using maybe a third of it. CallScrib is one-third the price and our reps actually read the recaps because they're in the chat already.”
“The "no bot" thing sounds like marketing fluff until you do it. We had several customers thank us for not having one of those recording bots in the call. That's the whole pitch.”
“Switched in an afternoon. The hardest part was deciding what to do with the budget we got back.”
FAQ
Common questions
Will CallScrib import my TeamsMaestro history?
Yes — for the Team plan, we run a one-time migration that pulls your last 12 months of summaries and transcripts from TeamsMaestro's export API into CallScrib. Typical migration takes 2–6 hours; we do it overnight in your timezone.
Does CallScrib work alongside TeamsMaestro during a transition?
Technically yes, but we don't recommend it for more than two weeks. Running both means two recordings, two summaries, two places to look. Pick a switchover date and commit.
What about TeamsMaestro's deal-scoring features?
We don't have an equivalent. If revenue intelligence is core to your stack, stay on TeamsMaestro or look at Gong / Chorus. CallScrib focuses on clean post-meeting artifacts for the broader team — sales, CS, eng, ops — at a price that scales horizontally.
Why is CallScrib so much cheaper?
Two reasons. One: capturing via the Graph API is dramatically cheaper to operate than running media-grade bot infrastructure 24/7. Two: we don't have an enterprise sales team, so we don't have to fund one.
Are summaries comparable in quality?
In our internal tests against 100 randomly-sampled meetings, CallScrib's summaries scored equal-or-better on action-item recall in 73% of cases. TeamsMaestro had the edge on sales-call-specific structure (BANT extraction, talk-time ratios). For general-purpose meeting notes, we're at parity or better.
